Our Spicy, Dark & Original Special Edition
Set of 4 Mini Beer Jellies (4 x 45 ml)
For an incredible culinary experience, we offer you a set of 4 mini jellies made with some amazing & unique local craft beers.
These are the flavours we have chosen specifically for you:
Session Ale ( Clear Lake, Torrance). Notes of red apple skin, alongside a sweet, cereal grain backbone characterize this ale. We suggest pairing this beer jelly with cream cheese, fresh mozzarella, brie, Oka cheese, and mild goat Gouda.
Pumpkin Ale (Lake of Bays, Baysville). This pumpkin Ale features Magnum and Fuggles hops, as well as pumpkin, autumn spice and vanilla. This beer jelly is flavourful and malt-forward, with subtle notes of nut, caramel and autumn spice/ Try this beauty with a fresh Chèvre such as Capricho de Cabra, L’amuse Gouda - a 2-year aged artisan gouda from the Netherlands, a goat Gouda, an Alpage raw milk Swiss like the Sbrinz or why not, a spicy Asiago.
Chai Latte Stout (Spice Odyssey, Wellington, Guelph). You will explore deep spice with this tasty chai latte stout created and brewed by the Queen of Craft crew! This unique stout has a creamy malt body with lactose, black tea, and chai spices including cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Pair this beer jelly with blue cheese, chocolate gouda, spicy cheese, old cheddar, and of course, rillette, foie gras and charcuterie!!
Smoked Oatmeal Stout (Nox Aeterna, Black Oak, Etobicoke). Smoked Oatmeal Stout is brewed seasonally using flaked oats and locally roasted coffee. Reminiscent of a campfire, smoked malts combined with flavours of chocolate and espresso add a strong and distinctive flavour to this deliciously complex brew. Pair this beer jelly with Triple Crème Brie, blue cheese, smoked gouda, spicy cheese, old cheddar, and of course, rillette, foie gras and charcuterie!!
This combination of craft beer jellies is a must to spice up your winter and holiday seasons.
These beer jellies will bring out nicely the flavours of artisan cheeses with a mild creamy, fruity, nutty, or earthy aroma and a funkier, goatier, meatier or more complex character.
Did we mention that these beer jellies go perfectly on a charcuterie board too?

HOW TO STORE BEER JELLIES
Our Beer Jellies are made with natural ingredients and a low quantity of sugar. The texture is like a soft jelly. It gets softer in a warm environment and firmer when stored in the fridge.
Our Beer Jellies are “canned” as recommended for long-term storage (18 months). As a result, you should store an unopened jar standing up in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight and sources of heat. Exposure to light and heat could degrade the jelly quickly, affecting its flavour, consistency, and appearance. The pantry or a cabinet in the kitchen are the best choices.
Once you open the jar, please store the jelly in the fridge.
Remember to seal the jar tightly and put it back into the refrigerator after use. This procedure ensures the jam remains fine for a more extended period and minimizes the chances of microbial contamination that might make it spoil.
After opening a jar of Beer Jelly, our best before date is within two weeks to a month. Our beer jellies can retain their flavour and last up to a few months if properly stored.
