HOW TO STORE BEER JELLIES
Our Beer Jellies are made with natural ingredients and a low quantity of sugar. The texture is like a soft jelly. It gets softer in a warm environment and firmer when stored in the fridge.
Our Beer Jellies are “canned” as recommended for long-term storage (18 months). As a result, you should store an unopened jar standing up in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight and sources of heat. Exposure to light and heat could degrade the jelly quickly, affecting its flavour, consistency, and appearance. The pantry or a cabinet in the kitchen are the best choices.
Once you open the jar, please store the jelly in the fridge.
Remember to seal the jar tightly and put it back into the refrigerator after use. This procedure ensures the jam remains fine for a more extended period and minimizes the chances of microbial contamination that might make it spoil.
After opening a jar of Beer Jelly, our best before date is within two weeks to a month. Our beer jellies can retain their flavour and last up to a few months if properly stored.
