Limited Edition #05 - Mini Beer Jellies Set
Our Intemporal & Original Special Edition
Set of 4 Mini Beer Jellies (4 x 45 ml)
For an incredible culinary experience, we offer you a set of 4 mini jellies made with some amazing & unique local craft beers.
These are the flavours we have chosen specifically for you:
Black Lager (Cornerstone, Black Lab, Toronto). This is a traditional German Schwarzbier using 100% German malt and hops. Chocolate, toast and bread carry this malt-forward beer. We suggest pairing this beer jelly with sweet and creamy cheeses, such as Fontina, or very sharp and spicy cheeses, such as a sharp Cheddar or why not a smoked cheddar!
Spicy Raspberry Hibiscus Sour (RAZBISCUS SOUR, The George, Newmarket). This beer jelly is characterized by a bright vibrant red colour with aromas of sweet raspberry. The sour and tart hibiscus flavour is balanced with the sweetness of the raspberry. We added some chilli sauce and crushed red pepper to bring a kick to this fruity and floral sour to create our first spicy beer jelly. Try this beauty with some brie, cream cheese or fresh mozzarella.
American IPA (Clear Lake, Torrance). We always need an IPA when enjoying cheese and charcuterie board. This El Dorado single-hop IPA has heaps of fruity character and rich malt notes to back it up. Pair this beer jelly with some Goat cheese, Gouda, Cheddar or Pecorino. Think spicy cheese and spicy charcuterie too!
Oyster Schwarzbier (ORIGIN STORY 03, Henderson, Toronto). This is our second Lager beer jelly and we are not disappointed at all. This beer jelly carries roasty and malty flavours as well as medium-bodied delight featuring sweet and briny notes of oysters. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, this beer jelly goes very well with oysters. Try also this amazing Lager beer jelly with some blue cheese, old cheddar and charcuterie of course!
This combination of craft beer jellies is a must to spice up your fall and holiday seasons.
These beer jellies will bring out nicely the flavours of artisan cheeses with a mild creamy, fruity, nutty, or earthy aroma and a funkier, goatier, meatier or more complex character.
Did we mention that these beer jellies go perfectly on a charcuterie board too?

HOW TO STORE BEER JELLIES
Our Beer Jellies are made with natural ingredients and a low quantity of sugar. The texture is like a soft jelly. It gets softer in a warm environment and firmer when stored in the fridge.
Our Beer Jellies are “canned” as recommended for long-term storage (18 months). As a result, you should store an unopened jar standing up in a cool and dark place, away from sunlight and sources of heat. Exposure to light and heat could degrade the jelly quickly, affecting its flavour, consistency, and appearance. The pantry or a cabinet in the kitchen are the best choices.
Once you open the jar, please store the jelly in the fridge.
Remember to seal the jar tightly and put it back into the refrigerator after use. This procedure ensures the jam remains fine for a more extended period and minimizes the chances of microbial contamination that might make it spoil.
After opening a jar of Beer Jelly, our best before date is within two weeks to a month. Our beer jellies can retain their flavour and last up to a few months if properly stored.
